Position Overview

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of accredited phlebotomy training, or previous experience as a phlebotomist (required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible to work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screening, paternity, and alcohol testing
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently
• Process billing and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
• Maintain accurate patient and specimen logs
• Deliver superior customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties
• Travel to additional sites as required

Compensation and Incentives

• Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement
• PST Incentive Plan: Quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: Vary between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
