We are currently seeking a Laboratory Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client office. This role is responsible for exceptional customer service, skilled specimen collection, and representing LabCorp professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, and alcohol tests
• Accurately enter patient information into system
• Process billing and collect payments, when necessary
• Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain patient and specimen documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Travel to additional sites when required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist
• Proven customer service track record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test

Note:

Phlebotomy Service Technicians (PSTs) may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan , which provides quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
